How to get rid of this Ran complete scan not detected

Have mac os Sonoma 14.3 with parallels desktop with Windows 11 I Ran a complete scan but this blocks the use of my parallels desktop.   I am not all that knowledgeable and not sure what to do next?

Also, this looks like a fake warning 🤔, in which browser appears when You are browsing? In Chrome, FireFox? Try performing a reset of the settings of those browsers...
