Hi,

I need to exclude some extension files from scanning in Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 (20.0.14.1085) on Windows 10. Under Settings < Additional < Threats and Exclusions < Manage exclusions, I didn’t find any option to exclude extension files in the “Exclusions” window. I need to exclude below extensions that belongs to SDL Trados Studio software, but don’t know where I should do this and how?

*.sdlppx
*.sdlproj
*.sdlrpx
*.ttp
*.wsxz
*.stppk
*.sdlxliff

Best,
Masoud 🙂

Open KIS, select Settings⚙ , select File Anti-Virus, select Advanced Settings of File Anti-Virus, select Manage exclusions, Add the exclusions, set the parameters you wish to be excluded, to apply the Exclusion(s) select ADD.

Thank you🙏

Hi Flood,

Cool! I know the path and the Exclusion window; but didn’t know we can enter extensions in the field, and thought it just uses files and folders.

Thank you for your help
