How to decrypt mogranos encrypted files

Hello all.
My computer was attacked by a ransomware and all my files are encrypted to .mogranos .
is there any solution to decrypt them?
here i join one file infected by this ransomware [REMOVED]

i maked it in zip file because it's extension is not supported to upload.

i live in iran and my i cant speak english very well and i dont know how i recover my files by mogranos 

If you can solve it free for or you have friends tell them my problem if they can solve it 

I have 50 videos just 2gb

Please have a look at this page, it might be offered in your language as well.

There is a decryptor, but whether it helps you is another issue. First, however, the malware must be removed.

There is for another virus

You can try the DJVU Encryptor (search for ‘djvu’).

i tried it bro 

it couldnt recover my flies 

My files are mp4 videos 

Like this 

For example : 1.mp4.mogranos

After encrypt by djvu it dont open by mkv player or vlc player
