How to cancel an automatic renewal when the second login for NEXWAY payment doesn't accept the log in details of the main log i

I am trying to cancel the automatic renewal of Kaspersky VPN but some reason Kaspersky wants me to log in a second page to edit my subscriptions and it only accepts log in details of an email address which is no longer active, thus can not get a new password for it, even though the new details work fine of the my.kaspersky.com web page. My only other way to prevent the automatic renewal of my account would be to cancel my credit card and have another issued by my bank. Why have TWO log in processes with the second process not recognising altered login details when email addresses change?
