How to block all network access to my computer?

Until a few month ago I was able to block network access to my computer using a menu item in kaspersky. Recently this selection is no more available.  V21.3.10.391 (b)

This is a functionality that I used every tines I left my desk with the computer ON.

 

Please advise how I can access that and if not why it was removed
