How similar is UltraAV to Kaspersky Total?

The new branding (and US control) of the Anti-virus seems to do everything that Kaspersky used to do. Is this just a transfer of technology, like they are forcing tiktok to do or is it different software?

It's a completely different software. Kaspersky has had decades to get their software as stable and effective as it is. UltraAV is a brand new company that started in July. I still don't think any independent testing as been done on UltraAV either, so there's that as well.
