How i can make Kaspersky stop blocking new network connections [Hyper-V Virtual ethernet adapter]

then I'm installing a new VM or trying to make a hotspot on my pc Kaspersky is always breaking something and I don't know how to disable it

 

I'm using security cloud free

2. In Kaspersky Security Cloud (KSC) Reports, are there any events that match KSC blocking either VM or the Hotspot being blocked? 
3. Post full screen images of what you see when the problems happen, we need to see what you see please?

the same annoying question pops up every time i connect to a vpn server , don’t know how to disable it
