1. Do you mean “how do you delete old expired licenses” from (your) MyKaspersky account? 

IF “yes”, users can’t, you may select “Hide”, for any licenses you do not wish to see.

Also, Kaspersky technical experts are no longer able to perform the task.

Kaspersky technical experts no longer have access to edit or change any details on a customer's MyKaspersky account.

Kaspersky technical experts can only view data in the MyKaspersky account, to assist customer's for trouble shooting purposes only.
