Welcome!

1. In the Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) app, make sure Ask user is selected, see: Safe Money settings & image 1 below
2. When you go to a website, you should then be offered two options, with a checkbox to remember (your) choice for the website:

Continue in protected browser
Continue without protection

Select Continue without protection, & make sure Remember my choice for this website - is ticked - image 2 -> the site will open in a standard browser & continue to do so, unless you change Safe money settings
