How do i stop repeated download attempts from spam site from my kaspersky alert

I always got many alert form my kaspersky => Download  => denie => chrome.exe => blocked =>  https;//agafurretor,com/eventon Web Anti Virus. How to stop and how to fix it? Please help to advise.

This is sample error alert.

Result: Blocked

Type: Probability of unautorized software download
