How do I request Kaspersky to whitelist the company internal system webpages?

Hi, I would like to know how do I request the Kaspersky to whitelist the internal system webpages? I have submitted the false report, I have contact the Kaspersky through FB messenger (Haven’t receive the reply yet), is there anything else I could do?

Raise a case in (your) MyKaspersky.com account, add a full history and details,  a GSI & Windows Log, images if available, and the outcome you’d like to achieve.

Upon logging the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12 digits reference number. Normally, within 5 business days, a person from the Kaspersky Lab Technical Team will contact you via email. You may continue to communicate  via emai, always with the INC# or by updating your INC# in the MyKaspersky account.
