How do I get Kaspersky to stop quarantining a Program I Wrote?

I am learning Windows C# programming, when I write code to open a file, I get the above and the exe I created is quarantined.   How can I stop this from happening?

Additional to  @richbuff.

The (Kaspersky) classification VHO = Very harmful object, Class = Trojan-Spy, Platform = Win32

1. Are you writing the code to “open” a file or output data to another file?
2. Presumably you’ve written “safe” code?
3. Have you created any exclusions?

I copied this snippet from the Microsoft website and when I compiled it in Visual Studio community, Kaspersky quarantined it:

Thank you for replying. 

IF exclusions for the compiled programme do not work, please follow the guidance provided by @richbuff.

Support may also ask for traces, captured as the issue is replicated, they will guide you with the collection of these.
