How Do I Cancel my subscription.

I have received a auto renewal email for my subscription. I cannot find how to cancel this subscription, how do I do it. There is nowhere in My Account that allows me to do it.

The only way is to cancel my credit card.

Can anybody help?

The ‘Subscription Button’ is not active. I bought the subscription on line I can’t remember who with, I think it was on Kaspersky’s official site.
