  1. Since installing Kaspersky Internet Security, have you ever configured a user name & password for the application?
  2. IF you have set a password that you cannot remember & need to reset it please follow the documented procedures using the Kaspersky Password Reset Tool, make sure to follow the instructions exactly, including switching the system to SafeMode during the process.
