How can I whitelist my company email server?

• To enable us to understand the the issue and assist, please provide more details regarding Kaspersky Total Security requiring you to “approve access to the company email server for 30 minutes every 30 minutes” ?
• Are there error messages or a screen image you can share with us please?
• Is this a new error or has always existed?

Settings >  Additional > Network > Manage exclusions : add mail server domain
