how can i manage my subscription

i changed my hardisk and now i reinstalled the kaspersky security cloud and entered the email i used to use for the subcription but i got a message say i cant use free subscription on this email
so how can i get my free subscription back

1. *Which* Kaspersky *software* is installed? 
2. Kaspersky Security Cloud *Free* is no longer available; it's been replaced by Kaspersky Free
for Windows®
3. In (your) MyKaspersky account, go to: https://my.kaspersky.com/MyDevices#/portal/pages/devices - is there still a device attached? IF 'yes' select Disconnect; exit the browser; then shutdown the computer using *Shutdown*, not Restart; when the computer is OFF - power ON by pressing the power button, login. 
4. Download Kaspersky Free for Windows®: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/free-antivirus. 
5. Install Kaspersky Free for Windows®, read: How to install or remove the application,
6. IF (you) still encounter the "cant use free subscription on this email" issue - use a different email address.
