How can I get KTS 21.1.15.500(c) to delete trojans and email worms?

I did a high security level scan with the new 2021 version of KTS.  Good news is the high security level scan found viruses I did not know I had.  Bad news KTS does not seem to be able to remove them.

I have been running the “remove” tool on the items for 13 hours and had several popups asking if I would like to skip or delete.  I always choose “delete” but the items are never removed.

 

Thoughts?

@MauleGuy Welcome. Can you please post a screenshot from the Kaspersky detection.

Resolve screen shows the detected items with the “circles” turning forever.  

About every 15minutes to hour the “Select method” comes up and I click delete to no avail.

 

I have full scan set to High security and if cannot disinfect-delete.

Got help via Kaspersky tech getting on my computer.

 

Problem was rooted in inherited administrative privileges in some archived files.
