HolcusTopicalSoft.exe Adware Found, But Won't Go Away

My latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security has found HolcusTopicalSoft.exe adware, but when I select [Resolve], a whirlpool icon appears as if it’s being resolved, but  HolcusTopicalSoft.exe instantly reappears.  How do I get rid of this thing once and for all?  Thank you.

I’m not sure how Kaspersky Internet Security fixed it, but it eventually did.  Soon after I posted my question, an ‘Advanced Disinfection” process began running.  The last file it worked was the file that contained the HolcusTopicalSoft.exe adware file -- Setup.msi  . Kaspersky paused.  I wasn’t sure what to do, so selected [Delete] and after a bit of uncertainty, my PC rebooted and the problem was fixed cleanly with no warnings remaining.  So, all is well and thank you.  I’m still not sure about the process that accomplished this, but I’m glad to be rid of this adware.
