Help in understanding what to do with this please?

Hi/Bonjour,

Whilst running Kaspersky scans, this error comes up, and I must confess I am unsure what to do with it.  The grs.dbankcloud. com address seems to be some sort of Huawei cloud address on googling it, but to be truthful I don’t really know.

So - if I “add to exclusions” does that mean that Kaspersky will or won’t scan it?
If I “ignore” presumably it won’t ever be scanned (per the text beneath the “ignore” button”)?

What would you Kaspersky experts recommend “Ignore”, “add to exclusions” (and what does that actually mean?) or “Ignore and remember”?

Any hints, tips, or background info you can give would be appreciated.
