Also,  in a lot of cases  files can't be decrypted without the private key that is only known by the attacker.

yes I imagined this , so there will never be possible tools to decrypt these ransom ?

Unfortunately this community will not be able to fix your problem.
Did you run a full scan with Kaspersky, also offline backups is protection number one against ransomware.
