I need to know how to disable kaspersky. I did something in total security I think. and I don't see a menu bar.

Welcome!

1. ❌*Which menu bar?*❌ 
2. Menu bar in the game? Reinstall the game software, at the end of the reinstall - shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power on by pressing the Power button, login, check to see if the issue is resolved?
3. In Windows - is the Taskbar *Hidden* - read: Fix problems with the Start menu.
4. Or - IF it's a Windows Taskbar issue - do you have a Windows Restore point or Backup *prior* to the problem existing - that can be reverted too? 
5. IF Windows Taskbar is available - on the Windows hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Pause  protection: 
6. Can the Kaspersky GUI still be opened? IF 'yes' RESTORE KTS to original configuration, *first* EXPORT the KTS configuration, then restore, read & follow: How to export application settings & How to restore the default application settings; at the end of the restore shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power on by pressing the Power button, login, check to see if the issue is resolved? 
7. Which Windows OS & build: How to find the version of your operating system?
8. Which KTS version & patch(x): How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application?
