Hardware Virtualization stopped working. [ Core Isolation was turned on.]

Hardware Virtualization stopped working due to “incompatible hardware or software”. I am using KTS on a Windows 10 machine with a Ryzen 3900X chip.

I do not have any VM hypervisors. Windows VBS and Device Guard mode aren’t enabled. Safe Money still works, but leads to erratic behavior. After I end the protected browser session, the PC becomes completely unresponsive (apps won’t start, Windows Explorer stops working, etc).

So far, I have tried disabling and re-enabling Virtualization in EUFI, reinstalling KTS from scratch, and running Windows System File Checker, but nothing seems to work.
