Hardware virtualization is not available in KIS21.3.10.391

In spite of having activated hardware virtualization and hyper V in Windows 11 (latest stable version) via  “Turn Windows features off and on” and via bios , I cannot activate Hardware virtualization  in Kaspersky Total Security 11 (version 21.3.10.391 (g). Please see the attached screenshot in this regard.

Kaspersky Total Security cannot use hardware virtualization if some other process in Windows is using it. Try this: 

• press Win button, then type 'cmd', click 'Run as administrator'. This will start Command Prompt (Administrator).
• Run in Command Prompt (Administrator) the following command: 
  bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
• Restart PC and check hardware virtualization status in Kaspersky Total Security.

Which option is better to prevent virus attacks and phishing - turning on 'Core isolation' in Windows 11 or activating 'Hardware virtualization in Kaspersky Total Security' by turning off 'Core isolation' and Hyper V?

It’s not a matter of “which option is better”, in Kaspersky applications, hardware virtualization technology is used by Protected Browser to provide additional protection against complex malware that could intercept your personal data by using the clipboard or phishing.

IF it’s not enabled, important KTS features will not be available.

1. Why have KTS if you’re not going to fully use it?

Please give a straight-forward answer. I do not want any unfathomable answer. Which option will give the best protection against malwares, viruses and phishing attacks on Windows 11 pc. Is it enabling  ‘Core isolation’ on windows system or enabling ‘Hardware virtualization’ from Kaspersky Total Security’ which I have installed in my pc.
