Hard drive full of KAV(*).LOG files.

My hard drive has filled up with KAV(*).LOG files. 499.8 GB in total. Can I delete them?

Please follow these steps :
1) Disable Traces :  https://support.kaspersky.com/11492#block1
2) Remove all KAV(*).LOG files under C:\Program Data\Kaspersky Lab
3) Empty the Recycle Bin
4) Reboot
