got exceeded after update from internet security to standard

hi i do have the key for 5 devices .

and it only active on one .,

i try upgrade from internet security to standard that you said new ,,and i got key exceeded ...what's happening ??

as you see i don't eaven have it on other devices ...

Is this the error: "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code" error, IF 'yes', contact Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history* - including a screen-print-of-the-error!
*Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*    image.thumb.png.471de0152d7bb1a3bf84526684e879cc.png
