Got a blocked report for a website I never visited

PiSo story goes like this, I was surfing the web at 345 am and 530pm and doing practically just watching YouTube or surfing some art websites. I never got a pop up about the notifications and also my pc doesn't slow down because of a virus or anything. From the image you can see it's blocked, but I never visited the website. Should I be worried

Note: I changed emails, this was on my old email so perhaps thing werent as secured

Welcome. 

Sometimes websites redirecting to another websites (not pop ups) but redirecting on the background and you dont know about this only kaspersky will catch this and block. 

But you can check website on https://opentip.kaspersky.com

And wait for analyzes.

Also, the blocking appear for 3 sites with certificate issues, probably obsolete, that not means always as malicious sites, but better not trust in them...
