game named:apex legend not closing and is like a trojan background

hi . i'm playing this game . recently game is like a background application that we can't close it .even kaspersky can't ! it remains in background and once they said it's trojan , any way we can close it? ( i have it at task manager running but at (kaspersky app running proggram) no app found with that name !
