full scan, malware resolution

After full scanning, it detected some files belonging to Linux OS and misconstrued it as Trojan. Since yesterday, it is trying to resolve, and showing red icon. Any resolution.

Also, please provide the version of Linux distro, as it seems You have installed Kali Linux or similar, which comes with lots of "Penetration Testing, Security Research, Computer Forensics and Reverse Engineering" tools that are considered as risky.
