Frequent internet disconnection with kts, dns probe error.

Hi I am facing frequent internet disconnection with kts. For sometime internet works as it should and suddenly i get DNS_PROBE error. On running network diagnostic i get your dns server might be unavailable. As soon as i exit kts from system tray every thing works normally.

1IPv4: how is DNS server configured? 

If it’s “automatically select DNS”, change to:

Preferred DNS  & add: 8.8.8.8

Alternate DNS  & add: 8.8.8.8

 

2 Operating system version & build?

3 KTS version & patch(x)? x = letter

4 Does the issue happen irrespective of browser used?

5 Is “DNS_PROBE” error new or has always existed?

6 Run a GSI & Windows Logs, upload folder to cloud & post link please?
