 i have parental control and nobody  i am sure nobody touched my pc i want to puase protection to install a file i canttttttttttttt i have to put the username and password what can i dooooooooooooooooooooo?

IF Kaspersky Safe Kids is Premium, not Free & if you cannot remember the username = the email address you use to sign into your MyKaspersky.com account or password or you cannot reset the password; contact Kaspersky Technical Support → scroll to the bottom of the page, select Product help, select Chat or Phone:
