What to do if you have forgotten your password or passcode

There’s a password fix tool, KLPAR, make sure the SafeMode steps are followed. 

Just for information, the Kaspersky application (email) & password is the same as the (email) & password used to sign into your MyKaspersky.com account and your Kaspersky Community account.
