Flickering of screen while typing

My screen start flickering randomly mostly when I starts typing because of this issue it is almost impossible to do my office work,In chrome it makes me cry thanks to mozilla it happens not that frequently.I had installed antivirus to remove this problem only but to my shock issue still persist and very prevalent while typing. Please suggest if anybody know about this issue.

This is often in gaming monitors with their G-sync or amd freesync technology.

So question is do you have gaming monitor?

No its a normal laptop..Dell latitude E5440 4gb ram

1. How did you conclude “installing an antivirus would remove flickering problem”? 
2. Does the flickering happen when Windows is run in SafeMode with Networking?
3. If an onscreen keyboard is used does the screen flicker? 
4. May we have a GSI & Windows Logs? 
5. Please post a video of the “screen randomly flickering”?

I had installed antivirus to remove this problem only but to my shock issue still persist

It looks like this problem was occurring before you installed antivirus,
which  means that Kaspersky is not the cause of this issue.
Did you  get  a detection alert when proceeding with a full Kaspersky scan ?
