Firewall settings

Is there a way setting the firewall so that it always asks permission when a program wants to enter the internet for the first time?

So I can allow or, most important, deny connection and then automatically sets a rule for that program?

• Application control → Manage applications → Select application → Details and rules
• Network rules [Tab] → right click → Permission [Tab] → Ask  user …

Thanks for the reply, but I’m afraid this is not what I’m looking for.

What I’d like to see is this:

When a new program wants internet access, I want the firewall to pop-up and asks me if it’s allowed or not and automatically makes a new rule for that instance. (hardly dare to say, like another Anti-Virus used to do….)

I understand what you are looking for, but Kaspersky doesn’t has this option.
