Firefox, ongoing "ff.kis.v2.scr.kasperky-labs.com" blocks access to internal (tec) website

We operate self-developed scientific instruments, inside a local LAN (local IP), managed via HTTP Web-Gui's.

We use professional PCs with latest WIN-10, latest Firefox, and latest Kaspersky "Small Office Security ...".

Ón SOME of the Instrument Web-GUIs, the ones with more complex GUIs, after login to the site
we CANNOT ACCESS the site. For many minutes we see a toggeling "sand-clock and a togelling
footer  line  with something like "ff.kis.v2.scr.kasperky-labs.com".

After about 5-10 minutes the "toggeling" stops and we can access the instrument site homepage.
Sometimes, after the first initial very long waiting time, the second access works faster.

I hereby enclose a Kaspersky debug log.

What causes this strange problem?

How to fix it, via Kaspersky and/or in our instrument's software

Exclude the Website from KSOS

Follow this Guide https://support.kaspersky.com/KSOS/8.21/en-US/69082.htm

Hello @gpapst, Gerhard Papst,

  1. Also, to protect Kaspersky Community members (you/your) privacy & security - logs & data cannot be submitted to the Forum portal, only to Kaspersky Customer Service/Kaspersky Technical Support.
  2. To enable KSOS to communicate with the browser add-on via this address. || The URL 'ff.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com' resolves locally on (your) computers, no data leaves the computer. || This URL is inserted by script injection into every page called by the browser. || For the function of the AV it's unimportant, it facilitates the operation of features such as:  Safe Money, Private Browsing, Anti-Banner, and URL Advisor. See dot point 3. & 4
  3. Also, in Network Settings, add the URLs to: Configure trusted addresses -> Restart the browser and reload the page afterwards for the setting to take effect -> IF after the addition, the issue remains, continue with dot point 4
  4. Again in Network Settings -> remove the check, clear the box for: Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages || There's a prompt to show which functionality will be lost by clearing Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages

Any issues or problems, please do not hesitate to post back?

Thank you🙏
