• Firefox default browser, MyKaspersky login, 2FA enabled, login hangs - image 2, errors from console log:

Script from “https://media.kaspersky.com/tracking/omniture/s_code_mykaspersky.js” was blocked because of a disallowed MIME type (“image/png”). my.kaspersky.com

Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://media.kaspersky.com/tracking/omniture/s_code_mykaspersky.js”. my.kaspersky.com:1:1

 

		Scan secure traffic in Mozilla applications - disabled	2FA appears	Login successful

I have a reproduction too.

If enable Kaspersky extension or diable script inject option - the issue stops to reproduce.

There is a bug regarding the issue - 4636949. It is necessary to wait for devs reply.

The issue is reproduced in case of installed KIS + KSK. It should be fixed in MR3 version of KIS.

 

P.S. Workaround is to add my.kaspersky.com to SSL exclusions temporary.

Hello! The issue is reproduced in case of installed KIS + KSK. It should be fixed in MR3 version of KIS.

MR3(a) has fixed the issue👏 , we tested against KTS/KSK. 

With fix, no exclusions are required.
