Files with Extension Name "REQG"

Dear All,

 

Please I need help. Some of our files and exe programs files suddenly change its extension name to .REQG. How can i return to its default extensions? Any idea or suggestion are much appreciated.

Also, in a lot of cases files can't be decrypted without the private key that is only known by the attacker.
