File Anti-virus slowing execution of VBScript

Hi,

I found out I have to disable File Anti-Virus for my application to run without blocking.

I am using SCADA system (Omron CX-Supervisor: scs.exe) which opens an instance of VBScript - within this application a VBScript file with .txt extension is opened every minute, to send SMS via modem. VBScript opens some ADO objects which uses some DLLs to communicate with GSM modem.

Every time it opens this VBScript file, the whole process is blocked for around 40 seconds (sometimes more). If I disable File Anti-virs, it is working without blocking.

I allready put the whole directory into exclusion, I also set application (exe) as trusted application, but none of this works. I suspect a new process is opened (probably with windows scripting host) which is then scanned with File Anti-virus.

How can I determine and exclude this process / file … so I can enable File Anti-virus again?

Thank you.
