Hi there,

Kaspersky Internet Security is reporting a false positive for my website:https://grestquestion.co

I've tried the official form but had no answers.

Greatquestion.com is a UX research tool that helps researchers schedule meetings, synthesize studies, and more.

Our top clients, Intuit, Salesloft, Canva, and Okta, also use our landing page feature to effortlessly invite users to a study.

Here's an example:

Can you please review this website and delist it? It's causing lots of inconvenience for our customers.

Thank you

  1. Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history
  • *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*
