Using your link, it seems impossible to report a false positive when we use free Anti-ransomware tool for home Version. I give-it up. ;-(
I tested the vsserv.exe file and the file is correct, and not a virus or malware. Feel free to transmit-it to Kaspersky if you like. As I solved the case by myself, it was just to help Kaspersky.
