Hi ,

 I am not able to open security browsing. 

Pls help the solution asap.

Hello @Makash4u,

Welcome again!

➡ Have you done the recovery steps we recommended for your other issue? If “no” please do so, your KIS installation has problems, you need to follow the other instructions carefully, to step 10before proceeding with this new issue please. 

After step 10, run a new GSI & Windows Logs & post back please? 

Also, tell us:

  1. Which browser is system default?
  2. Which supported browsers are installed?
  3. Which is your preferred browser?

i got the solution myself…

i have uninstalled both Google chrome ( latest  version) and Microsoft edge (latest version).

I have then installed them again with latest version and i was able to get Security browsing enabled on both !! 

 

Any way thanks for your help @Berny @FLOOD … Keep Kaseprskying !!

  1. Check the default browser selected in product (Safe Money settings).
  2. Check the default browser selected in the OS.
