Failed to Block a script/thread

As ironic as it is to say that kaspersky free security cloud failed to block a threat test using this script :

START %SystemRoot%\system32\calc.exe
GOTO top

Security cloud did nothing and it successfully k.o.d my pc (had to force restart)

Just to let you know it was not a real threat just a safe test to measure my antivirus software response. Kinda disappointed..
