Extremely Slow Performance after installing Kaspersky Total Security

1. Version of your operating system: Windows 10 20H2
2. Version of Kaspersky: 21.3.10.391

Ever since I downloaded Kaspersky Total security I literally can’t do anything. 

 

Games crash on start up, I cant even access google chrome without restarting my PC.

I thought upgrading my ram would help, I had 16gb of 3600MHz DDR4, and now I have 32gb, and still the same issue. 

 

Are there settings I need to change around to aid in performance?

It is certainly not due to too little RAM.
My suspicion would be another intalled AV program.
Can you find something among the installed apps?

Otherwise I would recommend you to contact the support. They may request logs to find a possible incompatibility.

On my system Kaspersky 21.x was totally unstable. Downgraded to 20.x and all, I mean *all*, problems gone. Maybe try it?
