Extension - New Edge, I inadvertently deleted the protection extension. How to get it back? [MERGED]

Hello - I updated my browser to the new Edge version yesterday.  A I was going through the settings, I saw two Kaspersky extensions, one for PWM, which was on, and one for Kaspersky Protection.  I inadvertently deleted the protection extension.  I reset the browser, but it was still gone.  I then uninstalled/reinstalled KTS 20,  Everything appears to be working, the extension appears to be installed as safe money, on-screen keyboard, etc. are working.  I searched for the extension and only found the PWM extension.  What should I do, if anything?

 

Windows 10 Home, KTS20 fully updated.

Welcome back!

• For Edge Chromium Version 83.0.478.45, the Kaspersky Protection extension must be installed, see images 2, 3, 4, 5
• Make sure Allow extensions from other stores is ON - image 1
• The How to enable the extension in Edge based on Chromium documentation shows a grey Kaspersky icon, this is wrong, if the Kaspersky Protection is correctly installed, and enabled, the icon will be green - image 6

Hello @koleyraja, 

please check the version of the extension.

The latest Extension for Chrome and Edge is the following:

The verison number is 1.6.9.0

So it is necessary to remove the old extension, install the current one and retest the issue.
