.Exe file moved/changed/deleted in false positive malware quarantine, file not found in Quarantine file list

On 9/26/24, Kaspersky suddenly showed that an update had failed to install, then UltraAV was installed/initiated unexpectedly.  It appears that, at the same time, Kaspersky or UltraAV identified my quickbooks file QBPOSShell.exe as malware and moved/changed/deleted the file.  Kaspersky had never identified that there was an issue with the file before that point.

 

I cannot locate the missing .exe file on my hard drive and the missing file is not listed in my Kaspersky account as under quarantine.

 

In a panic, not familiar with UltraAV, I uninstalled the software from my computer, so cannot identify whether it's under quarantine with UltraAV.

 

Is it possible to recover the missing file that was probably quarantined?
