How to exclude some apps to scan on kaspersky for android?

You can't.

Using Auto Anti-Virus mode, the available options are:  

• Extended mode, the entire system
• Recommended mode -  scans apps in real-time as they are installed on the device.
• Turned off - self explanatory. 

Or, using Quick scan -> if Kaspersky Free is installed or you choose to turn off Auto Anti-Virus mode, run Quick scan manually each time you install a new app.

@Jabudala you asked me this in private messge. You want add to exclusion dangerous app (which kaspersky detected).

Always use optimal settings and if you really know what you do or you trust this app then do exlusion for this.... Or maybe might be false positive you can send it to the lab.

I hope you are not one of those who create viruses for the purpose of bypassing protection of kaspersky.
