I want to use the free version of Kaspersky. Every time I connect the email, it says a subscription is required. I want to use the free version.

Has the *original* Kaspersky Security Cloud expired?

IF the answer is YES, in (your) MyKaspersky account, in the Devices tab, has Kaspersky Security Cloud been removed?

IF the answer is YES, please go to the next point:

Is the email you're using the same email that was used for Kaspersky Security Cloud? 

IF the answer is YES, please try another email address. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

I tried another email address that does not want to return me to the free version. It asks for money after terminating the license. I want to use the free version.
