Eudora does not recognize the SSL certificate used by Kaspersky. How to add exception or disable protection for Eudora?

I recently purchased a licence for Total Secutity. I am having problem using my old Eudora mailer program. When either sending or receiving emails the program does not recognize the SSL certificate used by Kaspersky. This is really NOT a problem of Kaspersky rather Eudora not updating its SSL certificate database. A temporary fix is to manually add the certiticate to Eudora database, but that only last until a new certificate is used.

I have tried to disable the Mail Antivirus protection, but it looks like Eudora is still using the Kasperky SSL certificate. How do I completely disable any protection for Eudora, or create an exception for Eudora @??!!

This is the error message I get when sending or receiving messages

I don’t seem to be able to avoid Kaspersky to NOT intercet the traffic from Eudora. I have both turned off the mail antivirus and added Eudora to the trusted applications but I still get the same error.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

Enable Do not Scan All Traffic… alternatively You may also create a scan encrypted conections exclusion adding mail servers in Settings → NetWork Settings → Scan Encrypted Connections → Manage Exclusions.
