Error code 27300. How to fix anti-virus not working?

Hi there, 
Using Kaspersky anti-virus for the past 2.5years but never encountered an error but today  I got stuck with error code 27300, Help me out if anyone knows the fixes.

And one more thing, on my other desktop I’m using avast anti-virus but from past two days, avast’s av service not responding or not working properly, I’ll be glad if anyone helps me out with this issue too.

1. Does the 27300 error have any other information → post a screen print of 27300 error please?
2. Read Error 27300 when installing a Kaspersky application
3. Make sure no incompatible applications are installed on your computer? 
4. Which KAV version & patch(x) x=letter → on the Windows taskbar, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?

There might be a problem with the operating system and also of the third party software that is installed on there. Try by clearing all the cache and temp file and start the anti virus again.
