Colegas, quien me podria ayudar con este error al momento de realizar la activacion del cifrado de las unidades de almaceniamiento de mis estaciones. ya que me genera el error

this is the wrong language and product forum. You should translate your question or port it in the respective forum for product Kaspersky Endpoint Security.

Regarding the problem we also need to know if you are encrypting by Bitlocker or Kaspersky Encryption.

Also it is probably necessary to create a new policy belonging to your KES Version or konvert an old one to new version.

In addition if your device was encrypted with Bitlocker already and you try to re-encrypt it by KES Bitlocker Management or using Kaspersky encryption now, this will not work together and you have to completely decrypt the drive first before using a new encryption.
