Erro ao Instalar Kaspersky Small Office

Bom dia, Estou com um problema na empresa. Tinhamos KAV instalado em todos os computadores, porém ao invés de renovar-mos a licença decidimos comprar a licença do KSOS. Porém ao desinstalar o KAV para instalação do KSOS todas as estações estão dando o mesmo erro e não consigo instalar. Em uma das telas pede pra que instale o Kaspersky Free e efetue a limpeza do computador para conseguir instalar o KSOS, porém na instalação do kaspersky free ocorre esse mesmo erro. Good Morning, I have a problem in my company. We had KAV installed on all computers, but instead of renewing the license we decided to buy the KSOS license. But when uninstalling KAV for KSOS installation all stations are giving the same error and can't install. One of the screens asks you to install Kaspersky Free and clean your computer to be able install KSOS, but when installing kaspersky free this same error occurs.

I'm updating my windows version for 1903 to try solve this, In case it doesn't solve I open a request! Thank you for help! =)

Temporary solution: After update my SO to version 1903 the problem was solved. Thank's!
